Quality Management Team

Christ School is decided to excellence.This dedication is reflected inevery aspect of the school.The newest initiative in this quest is the Quality Management Team(QMT) that was instituted at Christ School in this academic year.The main aim of the QMT is to uplift the quality of the education at Christ School through continuous evaluation and improvement.

The Quality Management Team consists of the principal,the Vice Principal and ten experienced teachers.The team attends seminars and workshops for improving education at various organizations and then imparts the acquired knowledge to the other teachers through seminars organized by them in the school.This has been very effective in implementing new teaching methods and improving teaching standards.

The team will focus on different aspects and parameters of the school every year.This year,the parameters identified by the QMT are Pedagogy,Discipline and Relationships.The Team meets regularly to discuss and evaluate the activities of the school on these main parameters.

The team is decided to uplift the standards of the school in all the categories,and not just improving the class room experience. All the activities of the school are continually evaluated and suggestions are proposed.This is to ensure that all the stakeholders,be it students,teachers,staff,parents or even the community around the school have an enriching and memorable experience at Christ School.
