NCC - National cadet Corps

The National cadet Corps came into existence on 16th July 1948. In India there are 17 directorates, these all directorates one headed by director General (DG). Ours directorate is Karnataka & Goa Directorate.

There are 774 units in all directorates Army – 657, Air force – 58, Navy – 59, Around 1.5 lakhs of students are taken admission to the NCC.

Our unit is 2 Kar Air Squ (T) NCC, we are under Bangalore `B’ Group. Christ school troop No. 19 Max. Strength can be taken is 50. At present our strength is 34 JO’s (Boys), 16 JW’s.

The Main Aim of NCC is to develop character, commandership, discipline, leadership and to take up a career in the Armed Force.

The Motto of NCC is Unity and Discipline.
